LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT

Whether you aspire to earn your Six Sigma Black Belt or simply want to bring impactful process improvements to your organization, the Green Belt is a great place to start.

Why This Program?

Lean Six Sigma methodologies can be implemented as best practices in any industry or business community. In the Green Belt program you will learn to build quality into your processes, increasing efficacy and efficiency while reducing waste.

In addition to course attendance and participation, participants must pass an exam and complete two short term business projects in order to receive their certification. The business projects must be overseen by a mentor from within the participant’s organization. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a prerequisite to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
