  • Discuss best practices in presentation skills
  • Learn to Play and deliver a dynamic and effective presentation

Improving your Team

  • Build trust with colleagues through learning to accept conflict as a positive, necessary element to growth
  • Accept conflict as a positive, necessary element to growth
  • Appreciate the need for commitment to team principles and organizational goals

Negotiating for Success

  • Understand the concepts of negotiation based on mutual interest and benefit
  • Learn and practice a series of steps for working through a negotiation

Strengthening Your Team and Leadership

  • Determine five strengths themes as a result of taking the StrengthsFinders assessment.
  • Identify ways to work together as a team to optimize
