David T. Howell, CFP®
David Howell has been serving clients in the financial services business since 2002. His background and education are beneficial in assisting business owners in succession planning, retirement planning and comprehensive financial planning. In 2005, David was named partner and served in a management capacity educating and developing advisors in the middle Tennessee and Kentucky area. From 2007-2014, he was nationally recognized as a Management Council Qualifier for Mass Mutual for his leadership and firm growth, and in 2013 his team was ranked #1 in the country for executive benefits for Mass Mutual. In 2014, David joined the Principal Financial Group® Central States Business Center in Brentwood, TN.
One of David’s passions and expertise lies in serving the community with special needs. Each family with special needs has unique financial planning challenges. David obtained the Chartered Special Needs ConsultantTM (ChSNCTM) designation in 2013 from the American College of Financial Services®. He has served on the outreach committee for the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center, a board member for the Autism Society of Middle Tennessee, and currently serves on the board for the Brentwood YMCA in dedication to their Full Circle Program.
David, his wife, and children are active members of Judson Baptist Church in Nashville, TN. David played college baseball and loves to play pickup basketball.

Jerry Moore, CFP®, CIMA®
With over 20 years in the financial services industry, Jerry is focused on individual, family and small business wealth and risk management. His approach is simple: to provide the information, analysis, and education necessary to help his clients make smarter decisions with their resources.
Jerry is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Middle Tennessee where he has served as a board member, President, and Chairman of the Board. When not working, Jerry is an active community and church member. He provides basic financial literacy classes to those in need, is an avid amateur radio enthusiast with a membership in the Williamson County Amateur Radio Emergency Service.
A native of Virginia, Jerry completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree at Old Dominion University. He now lives in Brentwood, TN, with his family and dog Bailey.

Cort Bethmann, JD, LLM
Cort H. Bethmann is a Senior Vice President and Trust Advisor at Pinnacle Bank. For over a decade, Cort has been empowering clients to accomplish their financial and legacy goals by delivering proactive and practical advice. Leveraging his experience as an estate planning attorney, Cort tailors his recommendations in several areas including complex estate planning, various trust strategies, asset protection, directed and delegated trusts, challenging family dynamics, and charitable giving opportunities.
Prior to Pinnacle, Cort served clients at Argent Trust Company as a fiduciary officer offering his legal skill set as a collaborative resource and trusted advisor for matters involving complex trusts, estate planning, unique assets, mineral interests, timberland, and real estate. As a licensed Tennessee attorney, Cort actively participates in the Estate Planning Council of Middle Tennessee, Nashville Bar Probate & Estate Planning Sections, Tennessee Banker’s Association Trust & Estates Legislative Committee, and the Williamson County Bar Association.

Augie Perazzini, CFP®
Augie Perazzini is currently the owner of Wealthpoint Financial Group, a comprehensive financial planning and wealth management firm located in Brentwood, Tennessee. Augie graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University of Alabama and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designee. Upon graduation in 1997, he began his financial planning career with American Express Financial Advisors, developing comprehensive financial plans for clients and assisting in the implementation of investment recommendations.
Augie lives in Nashville, TN, with his wife and their four children. In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling and the outdoors.
Thomas O. Lasley, JD, LLM
Tom Lasley is a wealth strategist and senior vice president with Truist Wealth. In this role he assists ultra-high net worth families with a wide variety of wealth management needs, including financial planning, estate planning, retirement, cash flow, tax, risk management, and investments. Tom offers clients more than 30 years of comprehensive wealth management experience.
Previously, Tom practiced law for nine years in Chattanooga and Nashville. He worked for over three years at a Nashville CPA firm. He also worked as a trust tax manager for First American National Bank and served as a planner for AmSouth Bank.
Tom is a graduate of Duke University where he received his A.B., the University of Georgia where he received his Juris Doctor, and the University of Alabama where he received his LL.M. Taxation.

Personal interests
Tom serves on the board of Safe Haven Family Shelter. He is a certified CPR and First Aid instructor, and a SCUBA instructor. Tom serves as an elder at the Woodmont Hills Church and is active in the Children’s Ministry there.
