Rob Hazard, JD, MBA, CPA
Rob Hazard is an attorney and Certified Public Accountant whose practice is dedicated to commercial transactions, business and corporate law and estate planning. He regularly advises businesses and individual clients in business transactions including real estate acquisition, development and financing. His experience includes the negotiation, documentation, review and closing of numerous commercial transactions including multi-million dollar business acquisitions and complex commercial real estate purchases involving office buildings, apartment complexes, retail centers and medical/healthcare properties, among others. Rob also has considerable experience advising business entities of all types and sizes on general business matters including entity formation and structure, business ownership conflict, mergers and acquisitions, capital funding, debt financing and general contractual drafting and negotiation.
In addition to his business practice, Rob offers families and individuals comprehensive estate planning solutions that are tailored to their particular needs and goals. He assists clients with all aspects of estate and trust planning, including the creation of wills, trusts, financial and medical durable powers of attorney, as well as the administration of trust and probate estates.
Prior to practicing law, Rob worked as a CPA with Ernst & Young, LLP in New York where he provided advisory services to business organizations. He also worked as a law clerk for the Internal Revenue Service’s Small Business/Self-Employed Division in Saint Louis.
A native of Tullahoma, TN, Rob resides with his family in Brentwood, Tennessee. Away from the office, when not spending time with his wife, three children and Scottish Terrier, Rob enjoys listening to live music and attempting to perfect his very imperfect golf swing.

Thomas O. Lasley, JD
Thomas O. Lasley is a SunTrust First Vice President and the Senior Wealth Planner for Tennessee. Tom specializes in providing comprehensive financial planning (retirement, cash flow, tax, risk management, investments, and estate planning) services to affluent individuals.
Prior to joining SunTrust Bank, Tom practiced law in Nashville, Tennessee, working primarily in the areas of tax and estate planning, business planning, and charitable planning, and has served as a Financial Planner for AmSouth Bank in Nashville, providing comprehensive financial planning services for AmSouth private banking and investment clients. Augie Perazzini is currently the owner of Wealthpoint Financial Group, a comprehensive financial planning and wealth management firm located in Brentwood, Tennessee. Augie graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University of Alabama and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designee. Upon graduation in 1997, he began his financial planning career with American Express Financial Advisors, developing comprehensive financial plans for clients and assisting in the implementation of investment recommendations.
Augie lives in Nashville, TN, with his wife and their four children. In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling and the outdoors.
Jerry Moore, CFP®, CIMA®
With over 20 years in the financial services industry, Jerry is focused on individual, family and small business wealth and risk management. His approach is simple: to provide the information, analysis, and education necessary to help his clients make smarter decisions with their resources.
Jerry is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Middle Tennessee where he has served as a board member, President, and Chairman of the Board. When not working, Jerry is an active community and church member. He provides basic financial literacy classes to those in need, is an avid amateur radio enthusiast with a membership in the Williamson County Amateur Radio Emergency Service.
A native of Virginia, Jerry completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree at Old Dominion University. He now lives in Brentwood, TN, with his family and dog Bailey.

David T. Howell, CFP®
David Howell has been serving clients in the financial services business since 2002. His background and education are beneficial in assisting business owners in succession planning, retirement planning and comprehensive financial planning. In 2005, David was named partner and served in a management capacity educating and developing advisors in the middle Tennessee and Kentucky area. From 2007-2014, he was nationally recognized as a Management Council Qualifier for Mass Mutual for his leadership and firm growth, and in 2013 his team was ranked #1 in the country for executive benefits for Mass Mutual. In 2014, David joined the Principal Financial Group® Central States Business Center in Brentwood, TN.
One of David’s passions and expertise lies in serving the community with special needs. Each family with special needs has unique financial planning challenges. David obtained the Chartered Special Needs ConsultantTM (ChSNCTM) designation in 2013 from the American College of Financial Services®. He has served on the outreach committee for the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center, a board member for the Autism Society of Middle Tennessee, and currently serves on the board for the Brentwood YMCA in dedication to their Full Circle Program.
