Sara Bradley is a lover of yoga, nature, and art. For more than a decade, her practice of yoga has taken her on an amazing journey inspiring students in studios, leading retreats, teaching SUP yoga on the water, and creating soulful workshops combining Art & Yoga. As a 500RYT, Sara began her yoga training with Kali Yuga and just this year completed 300RYT NUPower both of Nashville. She also completed Art of Assisting with Baron Baptiste, Yoga Therapy certification with world renowned teacher Doug Keller, certification from Prison Yoga Project out of San Francisco, and trained with the goddess herself, Shiva Rea. She had the honor of leading 700 of Nashville’s yogis for International Day of Yoga down town in 2018. Along with teaching large groups of students in studios and the YMCA, she teaches private lessons, private prenatal lessons and has taught women in recovery for the past 5 years at Thistle Farms and Mending Hearts through Small World Yoga. If that isn’t enough, every summer she can be found teaching playful SUP practices on Percy Priest Lake with Nashville Paddle Co.
“Yoga has helped me grow stronger, more accepting and adventurous, both on and off the mat. Yoga ignites the desire in me to live each moment with gentleness, passion, and joy. In my classes, I combine creative sequencing, a spirit of light-heartedness, and, I hope, a dose of inspiration to help deepen students' practiceS. I seek to help others blossom in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that students step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and complete."
