We kickoff our 10-month program with a 3.5 day retreat at the brand new Nelson Andrews Leadership Center on beautiful Percy Priest Lake. The retreat opens with leadership expert and best-selling author Jason Jennings, author of “Think Big, Act Small” and “Reinventors” sharing best practices for high performance leadership.
Following the retreat, participants enjoy
8 monthly one-day sessions covering topics such as executive presence and presentations skills, difficult conversations and conflict, negotiations, strategic thinking, developing talent, motivating
and inspiring others, and achieving excellence.
